At approximately 4:50PM MDT an upstream provider initiated an unplanned maintenance to mitigate an underlying infrastructure failure. This put HOALife into maintenance mode for approximately 20 minutes while systems failed over to redundant systems. Once this maintenance completed systems quickly recovered and service was restored.
While we do try to schedule maintenance in advance and perform that maintenance during low-traffic hours, sometimes failures outside of our control result in unplanned maintenance.
